The main areas of the program @/Arpro CA are: managing customer contracts, activities and labor relations, invoicing and connection to the general accounts, call-center, trade area.
Contracts area: defines all the commercial and administrative contexts with the customer, supply conditions, payment types, hourly costs, agents or brokers, currencies, ... in addition to a number of fields available in statistics and research. From this main area you can open and enter into the context of other related areas.
Activities area: broken down by year, organizes all activities to the customer through the issuance of documents that can be printed on labor relations. These documents are linked to warehouse items for the discharge of the goods in real time, to the work centers or departments to detect the timing.
Call-center area: broken down by year, organizes all your incoming with several details (references, priorities, notes, duration and costs, ...).
Invoicing area: a tool driven by immediate effect on the transfer of the documents to be involved (labor relations) or on suspended calls or on the services provided in contract to a fixed maturity, in the general accounts of @/Arpro.
